Taco pasta salad!!!

This recipe was so easy to make for dinner but it would also be great to bring as a side dish for a party! You can change this recipe up and add all your favorite taco ingredients but I listed below what I added! If you want to make ahead of time make sure to toss in the Doritos and add the dressing right before serving.

What you need

cup cilantro

can black beans

cup romaine lettuce

cup shredded mexican cheese blend

cup grape tomato

cup nacho cheese doritos

orange bell pepper

oz bow tie pasta

cup red onion

cup catalina salad dressing
lb lean ground beef

Instructions
1. Cook pasta in a pot of salted, boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and run cold water over pasta. Set aside to cool. 2. Meanwhile, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat in a skillet until browned. Add taco seasoning according to package directions. Set aside to cool. 3. In a large bowl, mix together the romaine lettuce, cooled pasta, cooled taco meat, black beans, tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion and toss. 4. Add the cheese, avocado, cilantro(optional) and pour the dressing over salad and toss to combine. 5. Just before serving, add crushed chips and gently toss to combine.
