Combine the pineapple and tequila in a jar or plastic container. Cover the jar and chill for 4 hours or up to 3 days. Strain the liquid from the jar and reserve for making cocktails. Serve the chopped pineapple chilled with a sprinkle of Tajin.View original recipe
