Add cottage cheese, olive oil and hot honey to a food processor. Blend on high until smooth and creamy (about 1-2 minutes). You might have to stop a few times throughout to scrape the sides down. Pipe onto a board the shape of a snowman. Add pistachios for buttons, peppercorns for eyes and a mouth, carrot for a nose and basil leaves for a scarf!
