Combine wine, Fireball whiskey, apples, cranberries, oranges, sugar, cinnamon and rosemary in a large pitcher (all ingredients except for the sparkling apple cider.) Mix well and cover with Saran Wrap or aluminum foil. Place in refrigerator overnight for the flavors to blend. Add the sparkling apple cider and stir when ready to serve. Serve over ice in wine glasses and garnish as desired with cinnamon sticks and rosemary sprigs.
