FULLY LOADED BURGER BOWLS🍔
Serves 415 mins prep15 mins cook
A great way to enjoy a burger without the bun! These also make a super fun party food and an easy way to make a burger without the grille. You can add all your favorite burger toppings! Next time I’m going to try sautéed mushrooms and onions! 😋

What you need

tsp worcestershire sauce
splash ranch dressing

tsp garlic powder

tsp black pepper

bunch fresh chives

cup bacon

cup sharp cheddar

tsp kosher salt

lb 85% lean ground beef

cup pickle
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Crumble beef in a large bowl and add Worcestershire sauce, seasonings, and bread crumbs, then work together with your hands. Once combined, work the beef into each well of a muffin pan until it forms a bowl. The meat will shrink slightly while cooking so I recommend ensuring the beef raises higher than the lip. Fill the bowls with the toppings of your choice, such as onion, bacon, and pickles. Then top with cheese. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes and serve. Garnish with a drizzle of ranch dressing and diced chives.View original recipe
