White chicken Chili

White chicken Chili ✨❤️. One of my favorite slow cooker recipes for fall!! It is just SO perfect to serve on a cool fall day! This recipe feeds about 6-8 adults : I fed 2 families (4 adults and 6 kids) with it last night and even the picky eaters loved it!!

What you need

tsp salt

tsp cayenne pepper

tsp black pepper

tsp ground cumin

clove garlic clove

yellow onion

tsp chili powder

oz reduced-fat cream cheese

lb skinless boneless chicken breast
fl oz low sodium chicken broth

can great northern beans

cup half & half

tsp oregano

can green chile

can corn kernel
Instructions
1. Add chicken breasts to bottom of slow cooker, top with salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. 2.Top with diced onion, minced garlic, great Northern beans, green chiles, corn, chicken broth and cilantro. Stir. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours. 3. Remove chicken to large mixing bowl, shred, then return to slow cooker. 4. Add cream cheese and half and half (or heavy cream) , stir, then cover and cook on HIGH for 15 minutes, or until chili is creamy and slightly thickened. 5.
