Italian Pasta Salad

An easy Italian pasta salad featuring rotini pasta, Birds Eye® broccoli florets, bell pepper, cucumber, sweet onion, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, fresh parsley, and Wish-bone® Italian Dressing. Perfect as a side dish for Memorial Day.

What you need

cup broccoli florets

bell pepper

box cherry tomato

cup mozzarella cheese

cup cucumber

box rotini pasta

tbsp fresh parsley
cup sweet onion
Instructions
1. In a large pot of salted water, cook pasta in the water according to the directions on the box for al dente, or the minimum cooking time. Drain and let cool. 2. Prep your vegetables by dicing and chopping your broccoli, bell pepper, cucumber, onion (optional), and cherry tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. 3. Slice cheese if needed into bite-sized pieces. 4. In a large serving bowl combine pasta, all vegetables, cheese, and dressing. 5. Mix well and refrigerate! Garnish with fresh chopped basil, parsley, and a little parmesan just before serving if desired!View original recipe
