HOT CHEESY LOBSTER DIP

We are still at the beach so of course I needed to make a recipe that includes my favorite seafood : lobster! ❤️ This dip feels super fancy but it is so easy to make! Serve this to all your friends and family and watch as they they think you’re an expert in the kitchen! 😉

What you need

tbsp kosher salt

Pompeii Organic Concentrated Lemon Juice

tbsp fresh lemon juice

Trans-Ocean Imitation Lobster, Lobster Classic, Chunk Style

lb lobster meat

tbsp sour cream

tbsp fresh parsley

cup potato chips

Boar's Head Cheese, Gruyere, Hickory Smoked

cup gruyere

tbsp mayonnaise

Morton & Bassett Black Pepper, 100% Organic, Fine Ground

tsp fresh ground black pepper

Old Bay® Shaker Bottle Seafood Seasoning

tsp old bay seasoning

oz cream cheese

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°. In a large bowl, stir together cream cheese, Gruyère, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Old Bay. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Fold lobster and parsley into the cream cheese mixture and scrape mixture into a medium baking dish. Sprinkle with potato chips.

Step 3: Bake until warm and melty, about 20 minutes.

Step 4: Let cool 5 minutes and serve with more potato chips.
