What you need

bunch green onion

cup sour cream

tbsp chili powder

wonton wrappers

tsp onion powder

tsp black pepper

white onion

tsp garlic powder

lb ground beef

tsp ground cumin

tsp paprika

bunch cilantro

tsp salt

cup shredded cheddar

oz petite tomatoes
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and spray a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray. Heat a large pan over medium high heat and add a splash of olive oil once it’s hot. Add your onions, saute until tender. Add your ground beef and seasonings and cook until the beef is cooked through. Add your canned tomatoes (drained) and continue cooking until almost all of the liquid is absorbed. Place one wonton wrapper in the center of each cup. Add 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese to each cup and place another wonton over the cheese layer. Then fill each cup with your ground beef mixture and sprinkle your remaining cheese over the top. Place the tin in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the wontons are crispy. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings and enjoy!View original recipe
