What you need

cup honey

cup rolled oats

tsp vanilla extract

cup mini chocolate chips

cup peanut butter

tbsp cashew nut
Instructions
Combine wet ingredients (peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, salt) in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Add dry ingredients (rolled oats, mini chocolate chips, cashews/other nuts/seeds) to the bowl and stir. Press firmly onto a parchment lined baking sheet (9x13 pan suggested) to flatten down. Put in fridge for at least 2 hours then slice into bars. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.View original recipe
