Choco Tacos

Legit the best thing I’ve had in awhile!!!!!! A little bit time consuming to make but they were SO worth it!!!! Would you make these????

What you need

oz raw cashews

cup unsalted butter

cup granulated sugar

tsp table salt

cup all purpose flour

cup milk

qt vanilla ice cream
egg

cup chocolate
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar for 2 minutes, add the remaining ingredients for the shells and whisk until smooth. 2. Cook the waffle shells in a waffle cone maker according to manufacturer's instructions and shape them in the shape of a taco by hanging them over a spatula handle or wooden spoon. 4. Brush the inside of each taco with some of the chocolate mixture and pop them all in the freezer for about 10 minutes. 5. Let the ice cream melt for about 10 minutes the carefully scoop ice cream into taco. Pop them all back in the freezer for a couple hours. 6. Dip them all in the remaining chocolate mixture and sprinkle with cashews. Pop them in the freezer for a bit to set the chocolate then dig in.View original recipe
