Easy No Bake Sugar Cookie Cake Pops

A fun and sweet Valentine’s Day treat made with a few simple store-bought ingredients. You can use homemade sugar cookies if you prefer.

What you need
tsp vegetable oil

sugar cookie

oz candy melts

oz cream cheese
Instructions
1. Add the sugar cookies to a food processor. Pulse until the cookies are ground into small crumbs. 2. Add the cream cheese and pulse until combined. 3. Spoon mixture into silicone heart molds or roll into balls if you prefer. 4. Freeze mold for at least 2 hours. 5. Add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil to the candy melts and melt according to the package directions. 6. Remove the truffles from the freezer and add stick. Dip them into the melted candy. Dip one at a time and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet. 7. Add sprinkles and decorate as you wish!View original recipe
