1. Lay out a piece of parchment paper. 2. In a small microwave safe bowl, add candy melts and heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. 3. Dip the end of the lollipop stick into chocolate and lay in parchment paper. 4. Next, Dip one pretzel twist in your chocolate at a time and lay three in a group with the bottoms touching each other, and the lollipop stick, in the shape of a shamrock. 5.
