What you need

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tsp salt
tbsp cornstarch
slice provolone

lb ground beef

tsp black pepper

cup beef broth

green bell pepper

Instructions
To a large skillet, add the ground beef, onions, and green bell pepper. Cook, stirring often, over medium-high heat until meat is browned. Drain off any grease and transfer to your slow cooker. In a small bowl, stir to combine the cornstarch, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add to the slow cooker and stir to combine. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Remove the lid and add the sliced cheese. Replace the cover and allow to cook for a few minutes, until the cheese is melted. Stir in the cheese. Scoop onto soft buns and enjoy.View original recipe
