This Caprese Baked Brie is a simple yet delicious appetizer, perfect for summer gatherings. It can be baked in the oven or cooked on a grill.

What you need

tbsp kosher salt

cup fresh parsley

cup cherry tomato
tsp fresh ground black pepper

brie

clove garlic clove

baguette

cup fresh basil

pinch red pepper flake

cup extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 2. In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, parsley, and garlic, then toss with olive oil. Season, to taste, with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. 3. Place brie in a cast iron skillet then top with tomato mixture. 4. Bake for around 20 minutes (Just because the brie isn't oozing, doesn't mean it's not hot and ready. To test, poke sides of the wheel with a knife to see if cheese is melty inside.). 5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with basil. Serve warm with baguette slices.View original recipe
