Pumpkin Spice Oreo Cookies are a must make for fall! Seriously tastes like fall all in one bite!!! Made with a silicone pumpkin mold, but can be shaped like regular cookies. So easy to make for Halloween night!

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Sift the cake mix into a large bowl. Add the can pumpkin puree, and stir well until the cake mix is moistened. Add the cinnamon chips and stir them in as well. Scoop the dough by generous tablespoons out into the mold, next add an Oreo cookie, and top with more cookie dough. If using a baking sheet- scoop the cookie dough into a ball, push down with an Oreo, and top with more cookie dough. Use a knife to cover the Oreo with the dough. Bake the cookies at 350 F for 13-16 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean when inserted in the middle. Cool completely on a wire rack, then serve!View original recipe
