In honor of Earth Day, make these cute little cupcakes baked in clay pots! They are SO easy to make! Top them with your favorite sugar flower decoration or a chocolate succulent.

Prepare the cake box mix according to the package directions. Fill each clay pot 3/4 of the way up with the cake mix. Bake at 375 degrees for about 8 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes clean. Let cool completely. Top each cupcake with chocolate icing. Dip each cupcake in crushed Oreos.
