I’m a big fan of carrot cake and this recipe did not disappoint!! I’ll def be making this again for my family on Easter! You can make homemade carrot cake if you prefer but I used a box mix to make it super easy!! 🥕

1. Prepare the carrot cake and bake according to the package directions for a 9×13 cake. Allow the cake to cool, then cut it into small cubes. 2. Using an electric mixer, mix the butter and cream cheese until mixture is light and fluffy. About 2-3 minutes. 3. Add the powdered sugar, ½ a cup at a time, and mix on low speed until combined. 4. Add the vanilla and beat the frosting on medium speed for about 2 minutes. 5. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until combined. 6. In a trifle dish add down a layer of cake, then a layer of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat the layers until your trifle dish is full. 7.
