Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle Parmesan cheese all over. Cut your hot dogs in half and lay them on the Parmesan. Cut the pastry into pieces to fit over the hot dog and use a fork to press down. Brush pastry with egg wash. Sprinkle everything seasoning on top. Follow the directions on your puff pastry to cook. I cooked mine at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with sauces if your choice!View original recipe
