Queso on the grill is such a winner for a party cheese dip! This recipe has a delicious smoky flavor, and uses a aluminum foil pan for easy clean up! So easy to make and is a crowd pleaser especially for Cinco De Mayo!

In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned and set aside. Prep the herbs, dice the Velveeta and cream cheese. Heat your grill to 225 degrees Fahrenheit. Add all the ingredients to an aluminum pan and set on the grill. Grill for about 1 hour or until the cheeses are completely melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
