Perfect for a poolside or beach snack! Only a few simple ingredients and the hardest part is dicing the fruit 😉. Everything always tastes better straight from the bowl!

1. Prepare strawberries, peppers, jalepeno, red onion, and cilantro as directed. 2. In a small bowl, combine together diced pineapple, diced strawberries, diced peppers, diced jalapeno, and minced red onion. 3. In a separate bowl, combine lime juice, salt, and chopped cilantro. Stir. 4. Pour liquid over diced fruits and gently stir to combine. 5. Refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour and serve with tortilla chips.
