Easy Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole

Preheat ovens to 350 degrees and lightly coat 9×13 inch pan with cooking spray. Cook sausage in a large skillet until fully cooked (no longer pink) and drain grease. In a large bowl, mix the entire bag of tater tots, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, and sausage. Pour into the greased 9x 13 cooking pan. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour egg mixture over the tot mixture in the baking pan. Bake (uncovered) for 60-65 minutes, or until eggs are set. If baking later, cover and refrigerate until ready to bake. This may add a few minutes to the baking time. Enjoy!
