1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. 2. Use a baking pan lined with foil and Cut a small hole in the center of each roll to create space for meatball. (I found it easier to use my fingers to make a hole) 3. In a small bowl with together melted butter and garlic. 4. Brush the insides and the outside of the rolls with the butter mixture. 5. Add one spoonful of Marinara sauce to the center of each roll and bake for 8 minutes. 6. Next place a meatball and some sauce into each bread hole (the entire meatball will not fit, only the bottom will sit in the hole). 7. Top meatballs with more sauce and then evenly top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 F for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. 8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Best served immediately.
