My favorite time of year just got better with this fall cocktail! The combination of apple cider, tequila and lime turns a classic margarita into your favorite fall drink. I love to use the Calirosa Rosa Blanco Tequila in all my drink recipes because of its smooth taste and signature rosa glow. Calirosa Rosa Tequila is made with the finest blue agave from Mexico and aged in red wine barrels. It truly levels up any margarita!

In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, cider, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake well. Rim a glass by running a lime wedge over the rim. On a separate shallow plate, add cinnamon and sugar. Dip glass to coat the rim. Fill glass with ice (I made apple cider ice cubes using a pumpkin silicon mold) Garnish with apple slice, cinnamon stick and star anise. Enjoy!
