It’s perfect to serve for any party, event or holiday!

Heat oven to 350°F. Make brownie mix as directed on package; cool completely, about 1 hour; cut brownies into 1-inch pieces. Make pudding mix as directed on package, using milk; refrigerate. Stir caramel topping into whipped topping. Layer half each of the brownies, pudding, toffee bits and whipped topping mixture in 3-quart glass bowl; repeat with the rest of the brownies, pudding, toffee bits and whipped topping mixture. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
