A fun and easy idea for Mothers Day! Slice oranges thin, then cut in half. Arrange in an ice cube tray in the shape of a rose. I used orange juice to make an orange ice cube for a mimosa but you can also use water! Let freeze overnight then add your favorite champagne!

Slice oranges thin, then cut in half. Arrange the orange slices in an ice cube tray in the shape of a rose. Pour orange juice (or water) into the ice cube tray to cover the oranges. Let freeze overnight. Once frozen, add your favorite champagne to a glass and use the orange ice roses.
