Mini Strawberry Cheesecakes! So cute and easy to make for any party! I added strawberry pie filling on top but you can use fresh strawberry’s or any other filler!

1. Bake pie crusts according to the package directions. 2. While pie crusts are in the oven, make the cheesecake filling - add cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract to a medium bowl and beat until creamy. 3. When pie crusts are cool, pipe the cream cheese filling inside each pie crust. 4. Top with a spoonful of strawberry pie filling.
