Chocolate Easter Espresso Martinis! š°š£ I couldnāt decide if I liked the chocolate egg or the bunny better so I made both! These are super cute to serve for Easter brunch! You can also make them kid friendly by filling them with chocolate milk! Keep the foil on to prevent them from melting too quick. Note: To keep them from melting longer - put them in the freezer for 30 min before filling ā¤ļø

To begin, place your knife blade on a hot surface such as an oven burner or a small flame and heat the knife just slightly. You can also stick the knife in a cup of hot water. Carefully cut the top of the ears off (or the top of the egg) and discard. Next, combine vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds until the shaker feels ice cold. Strain into a measuring glass with a pouring lip, then carefully pour into the chocolate bunny. Serve with whip cream, a colorful straw and any festive sprinkles you have.
