This granola bar recipe is the perfect snack for the on-the-go. These easy homemade granola bars are a healthy alternative to store-bought snack bars.

Combine wet ingredients (peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, salt) in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Add dry ingredients (rolled oats, mini chocolate chips, cashews/other nuts/seeds) to the bowl and stir. Press firmly onto a parchment lined baking sheet (9x13 pan suggested) to flatten down. Put in fridge for at least 2 hours then slice into bars. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
