Air Fryer Directions: Step 1. Microwave potatoes as directed on the package. Spoon into a large bowl; mash until smooth. Cool 5 min. Step 2. Add Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, bacon, and green onion to potatoes; mix lightly. Step 3. Roll into balls, using about 2 Tbsp. potato mixture for each ball. Step 4. Whisk eggs in a medium bowl until blended. Place bread crumbs in a separate medium bowl. Step 5. Dip potato balls, 1 at a time, into eggs then bread crumbs, turning to evenly coat all sides of each ball with each ingredient. Place in a single layer in Air Fryer. Step 6. Air Fry at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown on all sides. Skillet Directions: Steps 1-4: Same as listed above Step 5. Dip potato balls, 1 at a time, into eggs then bread crumbs, turning to evenly coat all sides of each ball with each ingredient. Step 6. Heat oil in large deep skillet to 375°F. Step 7.
