Cover Skelton mold with prosciutto and press down to make sure the prosciutto is at the bottom of the baking pan. Fill with cheese spread. Top with prosciutto, press down slightly and bend over corners to secure. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Remove carefully from mold and serve with crackers, nuts, or your favorite dippers!
