All my favorite things wrapped up into one supreme crunch wrap! A fun way to serve guests at a party or to serve as a game day meal or appetizer!

To make the special sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to taste (the recipe suggests ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper). Set aside. For the Big Mac crunch wrap: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. In a large frying pan heat the oil and gently fry the onion. Cook until soft, roughly 5 minutes. 3. Add the mince and break it up with a wooden spoon. Allow to brown on all sides and then add salt and pepper. 4. Take off heat and leave to cool for around half an hour. 5. Brush a baking sheet with melted butter, then lay the tortillas around the edges. Place two of the whole tortillas in the middle and lay a layer of American cheese over them. Spread the beef mixture on top and add pickles. Finish with more cheese on top. 6. Drizzle on the special sauce! 7. Wrap tortillas around the beef - adding two more tortillas in the middle. Brush with more butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. 8. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes then uncover and grill for a final 5 minutes to crisp up. 9. Serve and dip in special sauce if desired!
