Have you tried this pineapple hack yet? I’ll never cut a pineapple other than this way ever again! Boozy pineapple is a fun summer treat! I soaked it in tequila but I am going to try it with Malibu rum next!

Combine the pineapple and tequila in a jar or plastic container. Cover the jar and chill for 4 hours or up to 3 days. Strain the liquid from the jar and reserve for making cocktails. Serve the chopped pineapple chilled with a sprinkle of Tajin.
