Quick and easy Muffin Top Chocolate Chip Cookies filled with creamy cookie butter. Made with refrigerated cookie dough, baked until golden, and perfect served warm with vanilla ice cream.

Take refrigerated cookie dough and place it in a muffin top pan. Add about a tablespoon of cookie butter on top of the dough. Top the cookie butter with more cookie dough, then push the edges together around the cookie to secure the cookie butter inside. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 12-15 minutes or until the edges of the cookie are golden brown. Serve warm, topped with vanilla ice cream.
